Meet Tucker Gunneman – Interim Pastor
Rev. Tucker Gunneman was born and raised in Lansing MI and has served as a youth pastor and Director of Christian Education for an NABC church in Lansing, and ABC-MI churches as an Associate pastor, Three Churches as Lead Pastor, one of which was a church replant. He served eleven ABC Baptist churches of Michigan. In this role he has consulted with over 40 churches in seeking new pastoral leadership, leading health assessments, and helping them to earn new ways of fulfilling God’s mission in the 21st century. He has also created a training program for those interested in Interim Ministry and has trained over 40 interim. In addition, Rev. Gunneman revised the Pastoral Search Manual, and has created a process for a five year turn around plan for declining churches.He is a graduate of John Wesley College in Owosso with a B.A. in Christian Education, Wheaton graduate School with an M.A. in Educational ministries, was a certified coach for Natural Church Development, and is a Certified Mediation Specialist through the Lombard Mennonite Peace Center. He currently resides in Spanaway, WA. With his wife Jane, who is the Financial Manager for ABC-MI and Mission Northwest. He has two Children, four Grandchildren and two Grand dogs. Tucker enjoys Woodworking, sailing and car shows.His passion for Ministry is to see congregations embrace the Great Commandment as they fulfill the Great Commission.

Meet Scott kelly – Children and outreach director
Scott Kelly was raised in Burien, WA where he accepted Christ as a 7 year old child. Following high school, he joined the US Air Force and served for 4 years. While stationed in South Korea he met his wife, Heather, who was working as a missionary teacher. Upon exiting the USAF he followed her to her new location and joined her at Dalat School, where they were married. Dalat is a school for missionary children in Penang, Malaysia. During their 7 years there he worked as the assistant chaplain for the school. Scott also spent this time attending Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary where he obtained his Bachelors of Theology. Following the birth of their first child they returned to the Seattle area. Scott spent the next years as a stay at home dad and homeschool teacher, while Heather taught high school math in the area. During this time he also volunteered at their church to run the Sunday School department. Scott continued to work and teach in this capacity for 18 years before God called him to come to River of Hope
